As a Content Producer at National Highways, you will be responsible for creating dynamic photography and film projects that support our communication objectives and campaigns. Collaborating closely with various teams within the organization, you will plan shoots, capture content, and shape storytelling for diverse channels, with a focus on social media. This role is primarily based in the Midlands/Birmingham, with regular travel across the country to our network locations, work sites, and corporate offices.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to capture detailed briefs and provide creative solutions for target audience engagement.
- Lead photography and film projects, producing high-quality content that engages and informs our audiences.
- Provide editorial guidance to communications colleagues and ensure correct use of visual assets to uphold the company's reputation and communications strategy.
- Collaborate with production and editing teams to manage workflow, scheduling, and project deliverables.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all materials reflect National Highways' visual identity and brand standards.
- Proven experience in providing high-quality photography and film services in a corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide specialist advice to support project delivery.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) and understanding of photography and film principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
