As a Personal Assistant at National Highways, you will work closely with members of the Senior Management Team, providing administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of operations. From diary management to organizing events, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication and coordination within the team.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Directors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Directors, handling correspondence and prioritizing tasks.
- Undertake administrative duties as required, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, maintaining action logs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Effectively manage personal workload to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Previous experience in an administration or personal assistant role.
- Proficiency in diary management, event organization, and use of office software.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of financial and procurement processes (or willingness to learn).
- Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
