Salary:

 
Up to £36,385.44 per annum (includes being on call)

Specific Hours:

 08:00am - 20:00pm (12-hour shifts)

Main Duties:

- Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations
- Supervise and support Key/Support Workers
- Ensure compliance with legal and registration requirements
- Formulate personalized care plans for each individual
- Provide personal care and attention to young people
- Promote social and emotional wellbeing and development
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Establish effective communication with stakeholders
- Assist with staffing requirements and training

Essential Skills Required:

  
- 2+ years of residential childcare experience
- Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
- Child Protection experience
- Leadership and staff supervision skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Budget management and staff rota skills
- Project management skills and enthusiastic disposition
- Commitment to ongoing personal development
