About the Role:

As a Treasury Specialist at Total Energies, you will be responsible for managing various treasury-related activities in accordance with existing laws and company regulations. From bank account management to cash flow activities, this role offers diverse responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage bank account operations, including accounting records and relationship management with banks.
- Collaborate with Group Treasury on various initiatives and activities.
- Conduct treasury forecasts on a monthly and annual basis.
- Oversee payments management and ensure compliance with contract-related documents.
- Prepare internal treasury reports and manage active and passive guarantees.
- Conduct SOA/SOX controls and maintain up-to-date bank powers.
- Monitor cash flow activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Control payment of invoices issued and prepare fund/reimbursements calls related to credit lines.

Candidate Profile:

- Degree in Economics or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP and good knowledge of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
