Responsibilities:


- Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Case manage residents, collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to create and implement effective care plans.
- Administer and record medication accurately.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure residents' safety.
- Support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:


- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
- Strong organizational and IT skills
- Ability to lead and supervise others effectively
- Understanding of care planning processes
- Experience in or willingness to train in medication administration
- Natural ability to make residents' lives more fulfilling
