- Develop a conversational AI system powered by large language models (LLMs) to enhance patient experience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement the proof of concept chatbot.
- Conduct user research and evaluation to ensure the AI chatbot meets patient and stakeholder needs.
- Engage with key stakeholders to define architectural requirements and ensure data governance.
- Contribute to risk assessment, safe implementation, and project documentation.
- Present work at local, regional, and national forums to drive awareness and adoption.
- Experience in software development, preferably with conversational AI or large language models.
- Familiarity with healthcare environments and patient-centred care principles.
- Proficiency in RAG architecture and Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio.
