As a Service Analyst at SSCL, you will be responsible for supporting and configuring Oracle Fusion services provided to our public sector client, particularly in managing their HR functions. Your role will involve analyzing issues, liaising with Oracle and SSCL teams, and implementing solutions to meet client requirements.
- Understand and translate business requirements into proposed system solutions.
- Configure Oracle instances based on requested changes and conduct thorough testing.
- Maintain documentation for developed solutions and investigate any defects or incidents raised.
- Review quarterly release content and manage system enhancements and client-requested changes.
- Configure and apply roles, privileges, and access controls to ensure system security.
- Experience in configuring and supporting SAP/Workday or similar ERP products.
- Effective planning and prioritization skills to achieve targets and outcomes.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with Oracle HR/HCM processes and knowledge of HR policies, especially in the Government sector, would be advantageous.
