Position: Sales Executive
Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days from home)
Location: Lagos
Salary Range: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
As a Sales Executive at Naomi Lucas, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our market share and driving growth across all products in our portfolio. You'll conduct market research, identify selling opportunities, and build strong relationships with potential clients. With a focus on sales excellence and customer satisfaction, you'll be responsible for setting up meetings, delivering presentations, negotiating deals, and providing ongoing support to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create and deliver frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and gather feedback from customers or prospects.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and a results-driven approach.
- High school degree.
- Ability to self-direct and take initiative.
- Teachability and adaptability.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and take and act on feedback.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
