Job Description:

As an Instrument Maintenance Technician I, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining instrument equipment in compliance with all rules and practices. From planning and overseeing activities to providing technical support and ensuring the quality and timely completion of work, you'll play a vital role in our operations.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, update, and oversee activities within designated areas of responsibility
- Support team effort between operations, engineering, and projects groups
- Provide input and review control specifications and work practices
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Develop personal and team technical skills
- Attend technical meetings and maintain open communication on control issues
- Provide technical support to other technicians and construct, monitor, and inspect new installations

Requirements:

- Minimum of grade 12 or equivalent high school education
- 7-10 years of experience in maintaining instruments and controls in processing plant or offshore production plant
- Familiarity with regulations applicable to oil and gas facilities
- Strong technical skills and ability to meet safety, administrative, and technical training requirements
