Job Description:

As a Hotel Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff members to ensure the highest level of service for our guests. From providing training and guidance to monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing issues promptly, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall quality and standards of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff members.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests.
- Oversee check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance of hotel facilities.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and hotel policies.
- Implement corrective actions to maintain standards.
- Work with other supervisors and departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with cross-departmental initiatives.
