Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Undertake various front of house duties, including serving food and beverages.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in all guest areas.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
