About Tresco Island:

Tresco Island, located in the Isles of Scilly just 28 miles from the Cornish coast, is a family-run business renowned for its picturesque landscapes and exceptional hospitality. Our island boasts timeshare and rental cottages, two restaurants, an inn, a renowned garden, gallery, spa, shop, and a working farm. Position: Chef
- Location: Tresco Island & Hell Bay Hotel
- Salary: Competitive, Hourly wage
- Hours: Full-time, 2 days off per week
- Contract Length: Seasonal (6 - 9 months)

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook fresh produce to create high-rated cuisine.
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards at the highest levels.
- Assist the Head Chef in developing new dishes.
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to relevant nutrition and food allergen information.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
