Responsibilities:

  
- Assist in the prevention and recovery of service charges.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Charge team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize service charge collection.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers.
- Prioritize service charge payments and aid in arrears reduction.
- Process customer requests for payments and refunds.
- Encourage the use of digital platforms for communication and payments.
- Work closely with the team to streamline information processing.

Key Skills and Experience:

  
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in income collection is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
